Triacylglycerol lipase from Trichoderma reesei as a processing aid (enzyme)
Aspergillopepsin I from Trichoderma reesei as processing aid (enzyme)
Rebaudioside MD as a Steviol Glycoside from Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Enzymatic production of Rebaudioside D
