FSANZ Food Code amendments
Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) issued amendments to its Food Standards Code on September 5th 2019, covering the following: Triacylglycerol lipase from Trichoderma reesei as a processing aid (enzyme) Aspergillopepsin I from Trichoderma reesei as processing aid (enzyme) Rebaudioside MD as a Steviol Glycoside from Saccharomyces cerevisiae Enzymatic production of Rebaudioside D Further details can be found here: #FSANZ #FoodAdditives #Stevia #Enzymes
