FSANZ: call for submissions for Reb-M ex. S. cerevisiae
Background: Amyris Inc. applied for a variation to the FSANZ Food Standards Code (the Code) to permit Rebaudioside M (Reb M) produced from fermentation by a GM Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain, as an intense sweetener (additive). FSANZ has asked for submissions regarding this application (until December 2, 2020).
