Canada: amended permitted food colouring agents - caramel in flavoured Cheddar cheese

As of January 22, 2021 Health Canada is permitting the use of caramel colour in a flavouring preparation for flavoured Cheddar cheese. This colour was already permitted in various standardised and unstandardised foods. The purpose of the caramel is to "improve the swirls" in the cheese rather than colour the entire cheese.
